Hello Garth,

If your browser is Internet Explorer, there was a bug from Adobe, in recent days, but the problem was normally fixed

Anyway, in event of difficult updating, try this ::

1) Uninstall properly Flash Player using Adobe removal tool.

2) Download the latest version here: https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/debug_downloads.html
