Unable to delete this shortcut formed on my pendrive

Hello Sir,
I have tried to some of your solved steps on this forum, but nothing is working. Still I got this shortcut on my pendrive. when i open my pendrive it shows shortcut inside and then when i double click it the datas are inside that shortcut formed. The folders inside the shortcut doesn't have any subfolders inside it. Even if i format the pendrive, it still comes later. Please help. I am into serious problem.
