Hi,

I have a dell laptop: inspiron Intel N5050. My service tag no is -3M7HJR1.
Problem: Bluetooth not working.
Cause: I have installed the operating system again.
I have webcam and all installed and working fine but only thing i.e., not working is my Bluetooth, it is there in drivers CD. I am installing but it is giving a message stating Bluetooth device not detected in dfu wizard. What is the problem I am not able to understand? What I understand from it is Bluetooth device not detected which means it is not connected at all. If so can you please tell me, where is the Bluetooth device located or I have to take this laptop to any of dell service station.

Thanks & Regards,
-Jeevan Reddy M.

Hi Jeevan Reddy M,

If you wish to re-seat the Bluetooth card in your computer you can find the instructions in the Service Manual of the laptop.

Hope this helps.
