Conditional formatting a cell if a certain word is met

Hi
I am trying to conditionally format cell B3 if the criteria in cell C3 = NAT I am able to do it if it was a number but not if its a word,
If the criteria NAT is met in cell C3 then colour cell B3 Orange.

Cells B3 and C3 do have formulas in them if this makes a difference.

Select B3

Go to CONDITIONAL FORMAT MENU

1st Condition --> Formula --> =C3="NAT" --> Choose desirable color --> OK

Thank you just did not put the extra = sign in my formula
