Help My laptop browser wont work

Hello my name is TechBullUSA
i need help my laptop browser wont work firefox IE and google chrome my laptop can use skype. my laptop is connected to the internet but the browser says server not found etc.

My laptop is an Acer Aspire v5-571p my desktop works but my laptop dosent. right now my laptop can only use skype and online video gaming exept internet browser. please help ive been searching all over google and trying many methouds.

My laptop is windows 8
My wireless router is an belkin share N300 wireless N router

Hello,

Is it the same thing in safe mode with networking ?

Its still the same after restoring it.

It's why I had not asked you to do a "system restore to an earlier date"because in your case, I knew that it was useless. I had asked if you could have a good reception in safe mode with networking.
If it works in "safe mode with networking"and don't work in normal mode, it will give me an indication. Please, try in safe mode and tell me if it works or not.
We shall continue tomorrow, because it is very late in France and I wake up in a few hours :)

I already told you it dosent work in safemode

Read again what you wrote. You had just said :" my desktop works but my laptop dosent" without precising in safe mode too.
