Hello guys! I'm having this problem in m laptop. Every time I insert USB or anything, shows SHORTCUT. And when I format the drive itself, SYSTEM VOLUME INFORMATION shortcut is the only one left. When I delete it, nothing changes. It's still there. What do you think? Is my laptop has virus? Or only the USB? Please help. Anyway, my OS is Windows 8.1. Just saying if it matters. THANKS!
