Hello,
I have tow pc and both are running on windows XP professional service pack-3. I have connected both pc by crossover cable. PC1 has 2 LAN card and it is connected to the broadband and PC2 can share the internet. But My problem is that in workgroup PC2 can share everything but PC1 can't not access the PC2. When I click PC2 from PC1 it wants the "user name" and "Password". But PC2 not password protected. Now Please tell me that how can i access PC2 from the PC1. Workgroup are same and two PC have different name.

I think you have enable file sharing with user/group permission, that's why it prompted username/password. If you don't like, can just enable simple file sharing on PC2. Hope it helps.
