I have bought a Samsung Galaxy note 8, but there is no message notification when I receive a message, please help me to solve it,

I have activated all the parts for SMS notification but still it is not working,

Have you the notification icon in the notification bar?
Is sound activated on your phone?

in where exactly?? all other things like whatsapp, call,.... have sound just SMS no sound....

Check in your phone settings is sound is activated for SMS

I also have activated it, I have no notifications on Line as well, I think I should reset the tablet, right??

What sort of messages are you speaking about? e-mail? SMS? Check in the application settings regarding the notification process

I am talking about SMS, when I receive an sms my device does not make any sound notifying me that I have received an sms, what do you think I should do?/? (it is just 5 days that I bought this new galaxy Note 8.0),
