                    Hi Pavithra,
Not sure if this will help you in your case but try unplugging all connected devices to your laptop (such as mouse and other USB connections). Then switch your computer off and see if it will start up.
Also if that doesn't work try starting up from a CD/ USB Drive if you have one.
