You got me fuddled ! What sent box can you be possibly be talking about ? You just posted in the Windows XP forum and as far as know, Windows XP does not have a sent box.

Do you mean Microsoft Office Outlook or Outlook which replaced Hotmail ?
P.S. Is there any added text to the messages you received ? Where does messages sent to the same address ? Did they reach the recepient ?

Mmmm.. Thanks Ambucias. Yes, I do mean Outlook, which replaced Hotmail. And, yes, at the top of each "sent" email it says "To see messages related to this one, GROUP MESSAGES BY CONVERSATION". The other thing I noticed was that these were all emails sent by my new Samsung mobile. They are probably the only emails I've sent from it... Not sure if they reached the recipients as they didn't require a reply... Thanks for your help.

Hi Ambucias, - just to say very many thanks for your help. I've managed to stop the messages appearing in my "sent" box by deleting the sent messages that were still on my Samsung mobile, - phew! Still got to get used to this new mobile phone...
