My touch pad doesn't work properly

The mouse at touch pad doesn't work unless I am not at my account.
What I mean is that before I put my password the mouse works perfectly.
When it enters to my account when I move the cursor from the touchpad it just scrolls up and down without the cursor moving.
It just moves when I press at the same time the left button from the mouse.Please any ideas??

Do you have a button in your keyboard that you can turn off and on your touch pad? Try it many times or for an hour or minutes try not to turn on your laptop then if it doesn't work don't charge it, and wait till it's low battery then charge it see if it works!
