I have a Canon scanner model CanoScan LiDE20/LiDE 30. Worked fine with Windows XP, but will not work with Windows 7. Can I get updated drivers , so can work with Windows 7??

Did you check the Windows 7 compatability site for hardware compatibility?

Hello,

Try this 1

Click on the below hyperlink "CanoScan LiDE 20" and follow the instructions.

CanoScan LiDE 20

Click on "Drivers & Software" --> Select the "Operating System" from the

drop-down menu and download the driver.

Followed the links you suggested, and found that there are no drivers available for my OS (windows 70. Thanks for your prompt suggestion.
