.exe file not working..

In my acer laptop( windows xp professional OS) , the .exe file is not working..
- i cannot run services.msc, msconfig & i cannot even run the system restore...
- this problem is for a week... i searched the net & did all the things(regedit & all),
- but nothing seems to work out..
- could anyone help me to solve my system problem?

Hello,

Try this 1

Click on the below hyperlink "Fix" and download the file.

Fix

Extract the file --> Double click on the registry file and click on "Yes".

Restart your PC.
