Hello,
Try this 1
1) Click on Start --> In search bar, type cmd
When the command prompt option appears in the search list, right-click on it
and select the option "Run as administrator". "Command Prompt" will be opened.
Now enter the below command.
[Note: If you are using Windows XP then click on Start --> Type cmd and press
Enter.]
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
Press "Enter".
2) If the problem still exists then try disabling your Firewall\Antivirus and check if
you are able to open the website.
3) If the problem still exists then open the command prompt and type
ping www.google.com --> Press Enter.
