Dns probe finish no internet

Hello,
I have the error dns probe finish and I have followed the steps as indicated. The problem is that in the dns tab there is an address that is faded and I cannot select to delete it.
When I change it and reset the internet it just comes bac

Hello, try this - based on previous best answers.

Go to START and Run and type in the following commands:
cmd (enter)

c:\netsh winsock reset (enter)

remember restart your computer

My Wi-Fi connection is working my phone is able to connect, but my mac book keeps saying dns probe finished, not internet when I try to load a page. How do I fix this problem on a mac? I'd really appreciate the help, with out internet in Saud Arabia life is difficult for an expat.

HI! my internet is just doing fine and when I check my ping I have an internet. the problem is when I tried browsing or logging in my steam account or anything that uses internet is says unable to connect to the internet. I have tried all the solution in this forum https://ccm.net/forum/affich-39778-network-connected-internet-no-dns but it doesn't worked with me. im using a windows 7. please help. =(

I have 3 different laptops working on 3 different operating systems and all of them all of a sudden started the same error: DNS Probe Finished No Internet. Anybody have any idea what's going on?

Hello,

I have a dell laptop with Windows xp. I am getting dns probe finished no internet message. This was on chrome browser. I used the computer earlier with no problems. I have looked here on this website and tried just about everything to no avail. I uninstalled both chrome and Firefox. Can you please help. This is driving me crazy. Thanks.

Configuration: iPhone / Chrome 39.0.2171.93

Keep getting this message on many websites I visit. Always states check my firewall and antivirus settings,but don't know how to do it.

My laptop HP, windows 7 is showing this error message when I try Chrome or other browsers. Had downloaded one program for protection last night, which I heave already deleted. and tried system restore. but restore couldn't be done, because of antivirus. I have disabled firewall as well as anti virus now.I have wifi at home, its working fine with phone and other laptop.
My laptop is showing good connection with wifi, but no internet.
I tried connecting with cable, it gets connected but no internet.
Please help
