Xp boot repeats

Hello,
I have a toshiba a105 withe xp media version. After downloadng and installing avg antivrus xp will not boot.
error message BASELEUCF32.DLL NOT FOUND RELOAD FILE. I cant find this file on the net or any computers. Please assist in finding this file.

Just go in safe mode and do a system restore on the previous date when you installed AVG
