                    Hello Kamzey,
1. Open 'Run' (Windows + R) and type 'Control' ; you can access the control panel.
If that is showing error,
1. Open 'Run' (Windows + R) and type 'GPEdit'.
2. Access the User Configuration / Control panel.
3. check the status of all the Setting; that should be 'Not configured' : If not change it.
If this is not working.
Login to administrator account.
            1. Open 'Run' (Windows + R) and type 'Control' ; you can access the control panel.
