I bought a Sony Vaio SVE1513CYNB. have since installed Windows 8. Now my camera does not work.

Ok, so you had a working computer, and now you loaded in another O/S is that right?

Before making the leap into the latest and greatest, did you check to make certain that your hardware was compatible with the O/S?

Update all of your drivers!
