first, the torrent might not have any seeders at all ..
second, your download speed is set to 0/kbps
third, the tracker is down ..
fourth, there is a disk problem (this concerns your HDD)
on uTorrent, delete and remove .torrent, then re-download it, then do a force re-check ..
