How to Format A Bootable Pendrive on Windows 7?

I had made a Bootable PenDrive Earlier .. Now When I Format It , It Just Shows 2 Mb In It and Rest is in the 7.24 Gb is in Unallocated Space... Please Help Me Revive my 8 Gb Pendrive

You probably need to "extend" the partition to it's full size before you format the drive. You can do this with the standard Windows 7 "Disk Management" software.

brother I have Tried a Lot To Do The Same But I didn't find that option there...

You should have the option when you right click the drive in Disk Management.
