I have a production year 2004 emachine with windows xp. I want to make my tv my monitor ( tv is a sanyo 50' plasma). The computer tower emacine only as one VGA port. I have tried to go through control panel pixel change to do this as well as through "safe" mode. Neither has worked for me. I have also read that when you have 2 monitors on control panel screen to make 2nd monitor primary. I can't do this b/c my tower only has 1 VGA port. Please help me with this. Thank you in advance!

You will probably need to upgrade the video card to do what you want.
BUT, they don't currently make video cards that fit this OLD PC. Perhaps some local PC repair shop has a old video card sitting around that might work. It might be cheaper to buy a new PC.
