1. The file system or partition structure is corrupted.
2. A driver compatibility issue exists.

Ok, I tried the last known good configuration and still get the blue screen.
Also tried CHKDSK /R and still no luck. Are there any other options?

Instead chkdsk, try sfc/scannow
Failure of the above will mean that either from another computer you download Hiren's boot disk for repair or you restore the system to factory settings, loosing all of you data.
Sorry but in my opinion, that's the way the cookie crumbles.
