I cant download attachments that come through my email, why

when i get attachments sent through emails, pic, etc, i can down load any of it,,,it always go to word and show me a blank paper with writings on it...need to know how to fix this prolbem

Hello,

what re the attachments you're trying to receive?

Save the file to your desktop.

it's probably that the default program for certain files are incorrect.

you may need to right-click them and "Open with" a different program.
