What is your computer's make and model ?
How old is it ?
How many memory stick slots do you have ?
How many memory sticks and how much ram on each?
Which type of memory sticks do you use ? DDR, DDR2 or DDR3?
How much ram on the stick you wish to add?
All of those answer will give the information I need to help.
