Question

Hi Everyone,

I am a new member to the Kioskea Community.  

Purchased a Dell Venue 8 Tablet (32).  When I tried to place a keyboard on and checked the Bluetooth it does not allow me to do it.  Tried checking with Dell but no luck.  Manual does not say anything in fact did not even receive one had to check the Dell forum.  Just would like to know if anyone knows why the Bluetooth does not work with a wireless keyboard.

Well, It is my guess, but a tablet is a tablet.

Use the tablet.

If you wanted a surface, then you should have got a surface.

Just my thoughts!  

Anyone else have any thoughts on this?

Thank you Mark for your answer to my question, but is it supposed to work or is the tablet defective.  I tried to connect with a wireless keyboard and it does not work.  Works with my phone.

Well, I did some shopping of my own, and it loks as though as long as the keybord is  8/RT compatible, then yes.  They offer one as an upgrade to a new purchase.  I am to assume the keyboard is not compatible with 8.
