I did the suggestion pressing Cyril,Fn,alt, pressed 5 three times it powered on and the activity light is blinking. This takes it to factory settings. How long before the screen comes back. Will I have to load anything? Jr

What do you mean by "Cyril"?

What is the make and model of your incredible laptop ?

Were you trying to reset to factory settings?
