Hello,
you cannot upgrade Windows XP to 7.
I will need to format your hard drive and install Windows 7.
To do this you'll need a CD and a key.
you can no longer buy Windows 7 from the Microsoft store as they're trying to push out Windows 8.1.
you may find a copy from an online store elsewhere but thats to you to look.
