Same problem but I created another e-mail address so they can send the link.. I also used the security question thingy on facebook

But I used the security question and put my new email ad there where the facebook can send the confirmation link

I don't understand what you wrote, like this sentence does not make sense to me: "new email ad there where the facebook can send..."
