Hi,

I'm getting Confused and just need someone to help. I know I am looking for something simple but can't figure it out, i got some manhour sheet on daily basis, now i want to convert this in to monthly basis, find below eg.

available sheets have following values

Cloumn-A "Ref-id"
Cloumn-B "Wkng hour"
Cloumn-C "Date"


i have seperate spreadsheet for every day, say from 1st feb to 27 feb i got 27 spreadsheet

Now i am want to change this into single spreadsheet contains Names in "column-a" & dates in consecutive columns with corresponding working hours in it.


eg;

Column-A "Ref-id"
Column-B "Date-1"
Column_C "Date-2"

can anyone please help me to prepare macro.

did you design the excel sheets

you could have had a summary sheet (only one sheet)like this

ref-id 1 2 3 4 5 6 etc
<fillup al <the above are dates. each day fill up the hours for each ref id)
the ids)

if that lparticuar ref id has not worked on any day enter 0 for that cell
and save the file each day.

If the designing is done bysomeody else it is a different matter.
