ITunes and Apple Services trouble

Hello,
I'm having major problems installing iTunes. When i start the installation, it give's me an error "The windows installer services could not be accessed" On apple website they've recommended to uninstall everything including quicktime, apple services etc. I couln't uninstall everything, still stuck with "Bonjour" and "Apple Mobile Services", when i tried to uninstall that i get the same message about my windows installer.

I've checked and my Windows installer is online and working fine.
Tried to install msicuu, the cleanup utility, unfortunately it failed to install :(
Now i'm out of ideas.

I've got a 64bit Vista, brand new laptop.

I assume you used the iTunes 64 Bit installer from this location:
