Hi out there. I have a Toshiba L305 Laptop which I tried to upgrade the HD from 160GB to 500GB but I get the BSOD message saying to protect my computer Windows cannot load due to a software and/or a hardware change. I called Toshiba and the phone operator barely understood English too well and all the options he gave me involved a call to TechSpt and charge me $139.99 to assit me in loading the OS , I declined given, this an issue with many people to fix this problem. Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated, Many thanks, Audie Milligan Aguirre

OK, do not call toshiba, call microsoft. I have done this alot with OEM machines. Just call microsoft with your existing license. As long as you have a valid license, you wil not have any issues, Phone microsoft and renew the license!

IT CAN BE DONE!
