No internet access through cable but wi-fi works good

Dear Friends
I'm in big trouble. I can get internet access through wi-fi in my laptop but other desktop computers fails. My shared files are also not accessible in network. Network magic software displays no local network and no internet service in desktop computer. I can't access router from my desktop computer but it works fine in wi-fi in my laptop.

Please I want some help

hey,
plug the network cable directly into your desktop pc ,dont try to access it via router......try this if it works tell me

Internet can be accessed directly. But through router it is not connected.
Thanks for your response. I called the pros and they said that ip address was out of range and they just renew my ip from cmd mode.
