Install Dropbox on both devices and have any data synchronized. Or just connect USB cable to PC.

Hello! First of all, I would like to thank Amanda1991 and BunoCS for responding to my query. I'm sorry to say, though, that after trying both methods, it still didn't allow me to upload photos/videos from my cell phone to PC.
When trying Amanda's suggestion, my system said it didn/t recognize the newly-installed hardware. With BunoCS's suggestion, a Winzip message popped up saying I need to purchase an upgrade of Winzip Camera Wizard. I would like to avoid that if there's another method where I don't have to purchase anything, if that is at all possible.
