My Computer wont go to any URLs on my Desktop?

I did a Malware scan & clean and now my Computer wont go to my e-mail or any web site that is on my desktop when i click on the icon?
I just get a blank page ?

I have a new LENOVO Desktop all in one touch screen computer running Windows 8.1

What "malware" program did you use?

On your desktop, it's shortcuts that don't work ?

Have you got MBAM's report please ?

No problem. MBAM mean Malwarebytes' AntiMalware.
You said you have use it.

Yes i did a scan with MBAM and now none of my desktop icons like my e-mail shortcut wont work.

I just figured out my Internet Explorer is the problem ????

I went to Google and my g-mail will load up.

I guess i lost my IE in the scan??
