Yahoo Password activation

Hi my yahoo is connected to my java script phone number i no longer have access to it. I dont remember the email address but i can tell u the number yhat i use to have. I dont even remember setting the security question its askkng. Its removed by moderator@yahoo

Hi. I haven't got so much time checking my emails @ yahoo. But when I did. I found out I don't have access anymore to my acct including my facebook. It said I entered a wrong password. I kept signing in but failed. So I followed the instructions on retrieving forgotten password and to changing my password. It's almost a week now I can't seem to open my accoun t. It always say they have already sent my new password thru my email. How can i open my acct when I can't sign in due to not having a passwrexd. Hello Yahoo asks me to verify security codes sent to another email address I have on file however I am unable to reach the other yahoo mail] also because it is asking me the same thing sending a code to the original email address I cannot access either

the two email addresses I have are @*** @***

Please tell me how I can access my two email accounts

the phone number I have on these accounts have long been changed
