Hang every 5 munits my laptop

i have laptop but its fall down in water and now its working but problems is every 5 munits mouse will not move,,,, and if i didnot use 1 ohoure but computer will runninng that its will not hang and if i use again than its will hang
please sugest me what i need to do

OK, sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but that laptop is toast. Water and electronics do not mix. You are lucky it boots at all. If you really try to fix it, get a big bowl of dry rice and put the whole laptop in it and keep it there for a week.
