We would like to help you, but you must be able prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. Everyday mobiles are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.

what If you do have proof as in the picture on the screen is you! could you unlock it then??

No. Because you can't prove that the picture on the phone is really you. Second, we can't see the phone's serial number at the same time. What If the phone was stolen, used and subsequently remotely blocked which is possible?
