PROBLEMS WITH DOWNLOADING INTERNET DOWNLOAD MANAGER(IDM)

Dear Mr./Mrs./Miss,
AN ENQUIRY ON HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE INTERNET DOWNLOAD MANAGER(IDM).
I got to discover of late that, each time i'm about to make a download on the internet, an inscription pops open asking me to input my serial number(subscription code). As i was trying to look for an alternate means, then i came across this site written no serial number required for the download of IDM. As i tried clicking on the download button, whole and behold same old information. See to it that, such an information doesn't appear again or better still, provide an alternate way for the download please.
