Problem in renaming the ms office 2007 word document

When I tried to rename the ms office 2007 word document, a dialogue box appears that if you change the file name extension, it may become unusable, are you sure to change. please solve this problem

The problem is with your use of the software. If you change the extension then the computer can't automatically open the correct program when you double click on the file name. Feel free to change the file name to anything you want all you need to do is ignore the warning. If you change the extension then you will need to open WORD and navigate to the file in order to open it.
