Pc is shutting down

my pc is shutting down aftrr every 5mints due to the problem of blue screen.Please tell me the solution of this problem.

Hello,

Try this 1

First make sure that the issue of automatic shutdown is not because of

overheating.

Open the cabinet --> Remove the dust --> Carefully remove the heat sink from

the CPU and clean the CPU Fan--> Remove the old thermal compound from the

CPU and from the heat sink --> Apply a little new thermal compound in the middle

of the CPU and place the heat sink back properly.

Make sure that you have removed the dust from the CPU Fan and Heat sink.

Also make sure that your CPU FAN is working.

If its getting automatic restarted then check your RAM.
