Hello,
Try this 1
Click on the below hyperlink "SAMSUNG Kies,PC Sync" and follow the instructions.
SAMSUNG Kies,PC Sync
Make sure that "Downloads" is selected --> Click on "Software" and download
"SAMSUNG Kies,PC Sync" and install it. Then connect your mobile using the
USB Data Cable to your laptop \ PC.

Try this 1
Try setting the mode as "Mass Storage" in your mobile. If the problem still exists then let me know what happens when you connect your mobile to PC. Is there any error message being displayed. Does the SAMSUNG Kies,PC Sync failed to detect your mobile ?
