My laptop screen stays black

Hello,
PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!my hp pavillon g7 screen stays blackk though the power button light is on.I already tried the take out the batter and press the on button for 30 seconds, still won't work.HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Hello,

Try this 1

1) Once again try the Step 1.

Remove the AC power adapter --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power

button for 60 seconds --> Connect the AC power adapter then try to switch ON

the laptop and later put the battery back into the laptop.

2) If the problem still exists then click on the below link and follow the instructions
