Hi guys good day ... can u help me this one problem to. when i turn it ON my pc after 1 or 2 seconds it automatically off like no pwer......

This is an issue that can't be repaired on a forum, only a hands-on technician can see to it.

i am a tchnician also i just want other idea's that can help :D ..
i already replace everything but it wont power on stable... when i press power it take 2 or 3 seconds theen hell know shutting down like no POWER!

You are the tech, but you have failed to mention what you have done to eliminate any one peice of hardware form the other (half split).

So, we cannot give you any direction, as any work that we suggest may be double work, and who likes to waste time talking about something that doesn't work.
