Hello,
Try this 1
Check if you are able to see your hard drive in "Disk Management"
If you notice your hard drive partition without any drive letter then follow the
below instructions.
Click on Start --> Run --> Type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter.
[ If you are using Windows 7, then click on Start --> In search bar, type
diskmgmt.msc and press Enter].
"Disk Management" window will be opened. If you notice a partition without a
drive letter then right-click on it --> Select "Change Drive Letter and Paths..." -->
Click on "Add" button --> Add --> Select the drive letter --> Click on OK.
