Hello!

I work very hard GTA 4 and I would like to know what I can do to work somewhat normal?

Processor: AMD A8-4500m APU with Radeon(tm) HD graphics 1.90 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB (3.46 usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

I suggest you buy a new video card.
