Your computer is not powerful enough
About 30% of laptops can't run gta though so the best option is to get a desktop
Also I have a i7 laptop with 4g ram and it won't work for me either lol

Do you have any antivirus installed in your laptop? I guess that also can make your laptop slow. Try cloud based antivirus software packages like Immunet.
