Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> Type ncpa.cpl --> Press Enter.
"Network Connections" window will be opened.
Right-click on "Local Area Connection" --> Properties --> Make sure that
"Show icon in notification area when connected" is selected.
If the problem still exists then uninstall your network drivers and then reinstall it.
