hi guys

can you help me with the installing of windows in my PC , I'm using windows xp service pack 3
i want to uninstall and install windows 7 32 bit in my PC , can i install that windows in my computer? my mother board no is AWRDACPI, MY COMPUTER NAME IS GIGABYTE

Anyone can help please
