Stuck in command setting...

Hey,

Somehow my laptop keys (HP Envy) are stuck in the command setting. For example, "E" brings up the "My Computer" option, "R" brings up the "Run" box, "T" enables me to scroll through my open tabs and so on. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I start classes again soon for Summer and this CANNOT be a problem!

It looks like the "Windows" key is stuck in the down position.
