Ok, if the router has a red light, then the carrier is more than likely down. What does your ISP say when you ask them for tech spport? You are paying for it, right?

Well, if your ISP is telling you a four day turn around, there is no amount of tech anything that will make the router come alive, it simply needs an authorization FROM THE DSLAM at the curb. NOTHING WE CAN DO!
