Ok, if the router has a red light, then the carrier is more than likely down. What does your ISP say when you ask them for tech spport? You are paying for it, right?

actually i have another modem ... in that modem all lights are stable but in bsnl modem red light is blinking .. isp is saying it will come after 4 days
Well, if your ISP is telling you a four day turn around, there is no amount of tech anything that will make the router come alive, it simply needs an authorization FROM THE DSLAM at the curb. NOTHING WE CAN DO!
